  • Our gluten- and dairy-free breads are baked fresh daily and contain no additives, resulting in a shorter shelf life. To keep your bread as fresh as possible, here are some tips:

    1. If consuming within a week: Wrap the loaf tightly in cling film and store in a dark, cool place (a breadbasket is ideal). Use within 5-7 days.

    2. For extra crunch: Toast slices in a pan with oil or butter, or simply use a toaster.

    3. For longer storage: Freeze the loaf if not consuming within the week. It will keep in the freezer for up to 6 months.

    4. To defrost: Remove from the freezer, wrap in a kitchen towel, and let it defrost overnight on the counter.

    5. Avoid refrigeration: Storing in the fridge will dry out the bread quickly.
